These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and expectations for all customers who book services with Mirror Image Detailing (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling or receiving services from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Appointments & Scheduling
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or messaging platforms.
- We may request photos or descriptions of the vehicle to ensure accurate service recommendations.
- You must provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time (keys, parking space, clearance, etc.).
2. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are estimates until the vehicle is inspected.
- Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or neglected conditions may result in additional charges.
- Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment methods: cash, card, and digital payments processed through authorized third-party platforms.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee up to 50% of the scheduled service price.
- Weather-related rescheduling may occur at our discretion.
4. Service Limitations & Vehicle Condition
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects in the vehicle’s interior or exterior.
- Some stains, odors, scratches, or defects may not be fully removable.
- We may refuse service if a vehicle is excessively dirty, poses a health risk, or contains hazardous materials.
5. Personal Belongings
- Customers must remove valuables and personal belongings before the appointment.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.
6. Liability
- We carry out all services with care and professionalism.
- We are not liable for:
- Mechanical or electrical issues that arise during or after cleaning
- Existing fragile components (trim pieces, buttons, electronics)
- Damage resulting from undisclosed modifications or aftermarket parts
7. Customer Satisfaction
- If you are unsatisfied with any service, notify us within 24 hours.
- Reasonable efforts will be made to correct issues, but refunds are not guaranteed.
8. Mobile Service Requirements
If receiving mobile service, the customer must provide:
- Safe and legal parking location
- Sufficient working space around the vehicle
- Access to power and water if required (when applicable)
If these conditions are not met, we may reschedule or cancel the appointment.
9. Use of Photos & Media
- We may take before/after photos or videos for documentation and marketing.
- License plates and personal information will be kept private.
- If you prefer not to have your vehicle photographed, please notify us before service begins.
10. Website & Online Use
By using our website or booking pages, you agree not to:
- Attempt to harm or disrupt our website
- Use our content for unauthorized commercial purposes
11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
